Who are we ?

The Latin American office, located in Santiago, Chile, is led and managed by Edward De Man. Edward (Belgium, 1955) spent most of his professional life outside his home country. Pocketed a number of University degrees in Science and Commerce, real globetrotter and polyglot, he lived and worked in the five continents for a string of blue chip as well as family businesses mainly in food, pharmaceuticals and personal care.

Later, inspirer, founder and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in Viet Nam, he was the driving force to spin off the export counseling branch from the Chamber, to create OUTSOURCINC LLC, an export counseling and (out)sourcing company.

With sourcing partners all over the world, his drive and expertise, OUTSOURCINC AMERICA LATINA SA contributes to the ever expanding export capabilities of Latin American, and more specifically Chilean, entrepreneurs.
